Step-by-Step Guide to Adjusting ZONE RV Windows
Identify the Type of Window
ZONE RVs feature two different types of windows, which can be identified by the photos below. Understanding which type of window you have will help determine the proper method for adjustment.
Adjusting New Style Windows
Tools and Materials Needed:
- Flathead screwdriver
- Open: Ensure the window blinds are in the open position - so you can see out the window.
- Remove Corner Trim:
You do not require any tools to remove the corner trim. Simply unclip it from the one corner, using your thumb as shown below.
To adjust the fly mesh, you would need to carefully take off the corner trim at the top right-hand side of the window frame to expose the adjustment mechanism. To adjust the privacy screening, you would need to carefully take off the corner trim at the bottom left corner of the window frame to expose the adjustment mechanism.
