Welcome to our guide on adjusting the height on your lounge table! Follow these steps to ensure proper operation and security while traveling.
Instructions for adjusting the bed height position of the telescopic table leg.
- This table leg has a maximum height from floor to underside of table top of 710mm.
- The bed position is factory set at 330mm, this measurement is taken from the underside of the table top to the floor. It is possible to adjust the bed position height by following the below steps.
1 – Press the black base knob and open the table to full height.
2 – Unscrew the three screws that are securing the plastic cover at the top of the table leg.
3 – Lower the plastic cover to expose the internal metal components.
4 – Locate the nut and bolt which will enable the bed height adjustment from the lowest position to the highest. Next to the adjusting nut and bolt you will find a range of measurements that will enable to set the required height for a bed position.
5 – Tools required, a set of vice grips and an 8mm socket spanner.
6 – Hold bolt with vice grips and undo nut.
7 – Remove bolt, and reposition bolt and nut in desired hole to obtain desired bed height.
8 – Hold bolt in new hole position with vice grips and tighten nut with socket.
9 – Lift the plastic cover back to its original position as it was in step 2. And re install the three screws.
Please Note:
- To reach maximum rigidity, this table base has to be screwed or bolted down to a solid floor.
- Once the table leg is secured to the floor, slide down the plastic base cover until it makes contact with the floor of the caravan, making sure the small hole in the plastic cover is aligned with the bolt thread in the base, and install the black base knob. Proceed to attach the table top to the leg.
